Best known for his portrayal of Tyrion Lannister in Game of Thrones, Peter Dinklage and his family are a regular sight in the West Village. Power couple Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez purchased a 5,000 SqFt apartment at 432 Park Avenue for $15.3 million in 2018, only to list it for sale just a year later, apparently because it was too small.

Ralph Fiennes is a highly successful English actor who is known for portraying Lord Voldemort in Harry Potter, M in James Bond and featuring in countless other well known films such as The Constant Gardener (2005) and The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014). Hugh Jackman is an Australian actor best known for his longstanding role as Wolverine in X-Men. American actor, comedian and producer Will Ferrell purchased a condo in the West Village at 345 West 13th Street for $4,200,000 in May 2010. The former printing plant, originally built in 1890, was converted to condos in 1999.

Al Pacino is undoubtedly one of the most recognizable actors and filmmakers of the modern era. Born in East Harlem in 1940, Al Pacino rose to fame through his role as Michael Corleone in The Godfather (1972) and subsequent sequels. The apartment was listed for sale in 2019 with an asking price of $19,750,000. The price was subsequently reduced to $18,250,000 and eventually sold for $15,800,000 in January 2020.

Samuel L. Jackson is an American actor and producer who is the highest-grossing actor of all time. He paid $4,800,000 in 2005 for a multi-unit combination apartment in The Lenori, a pre-war condo building at 26 East 63rd Street in Lenox Hill on the Upper East Side. It was listed for sale in 2018 asking $12,950,000.
15 Central Park West in Lincoln Square
American actor Denzel Washington paid approximately $13,000,000 for an apartment at celebrity enclave 15 Central Park West on the corner of West 61st Street and Central Park in the Lincoln Square area of Manhattan. Notable current and former residents include Sting, Mark Wahlberg, Robert De Niro and NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon.

American actor Tony Shalhoub is best known for his portrayal of detective Adrian Monk in Monk (2002-2009) for which he won three Emmy Awards. Tony purchased a co-op apartment at 15 West 81st Street on the Upper West Side for $3,995,000 in October 2016. The classic 5, pre-war apartment features an expansive terrace with views of Central Park.
60 Riverside Boulevard in Lincoln Square
English comedian and television host John Oliver purchased a 3,096 SqFt penthouse condo at 60 Riverside Boulevard in Lincoln Square for $9,500,000 in 2015. The high-floor, corner apartment features 4 beds, 4.5 baths, panoramic views and a private terrace.
The Standish in Brooklyn Heights
John Krasinski is an American actor who is best known for his portrayal of Jim Halpert on the NBC sitcom The Office (2005 to 2013). John and his wife, British-American actress Emily Blunt, purchased the 8th floor of 167 Columbia Heights, a luxury pre-war condo conversion in Brooklyn Heights, for $11,000,350 in June 2018. The couple previously owned a townhouse in Park Slope located at 586 4th Street. The couple purchased it for $6,000,000 in 2015 and sold it for $6,562,500 in April 2018.
311 West Broadway in SoHo
Celebrity power couple Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel sold their SoHo penthouse condo located at 311 West Broadway for $6,350,000 in December 2018, resulting a small loss compared to their original purchase price of $6,567,712 in 2007. The 2,598 SqFt condo features a wraparound terrace, skyline views and a fireplace. The couple shelled out $20,185,527 for a Tribeca penthouse condo in the ultra-luxury pre-war, condo conversion at 443 Greenwich Street.
215 Bowery in the Lower East Side
Nicholas Braun is an American actor and musician who is best known for his portrayal of Cousin Greg in the HBO series Succession (2018-Present). He paid $1,910,000 on 12/27/19 for a 5th floor apartment at 215 Bowery in Manhattan’s Lower East Side.
215 Bowery was constructed in 1872 as the New Amsterdam Savings Bank, and it subsequently served as the headquarters of Germania Bank from 1878 to 1989 before it moved to its newly-built headquarters at 190 Bowery. Built on an irregularly narrow corner lot at Rivington Street and The Bowery, 215 Bowery features an Italian Renaissance facade which was carved from from sandstone quarried in Ohio in the late 19th Century.
