Work with our experienced, full-service listing agents for just a 1% listing fee. Enjoy the benefits of a fully managed listing for a fraction of the cost. Available in NYC, Long Island, the Hudson Valley and South Florida.

Commission structure:

  • 1% listing fee, waived for direct buyers
  • Plus 2.5%* buyer’s broker commission
  • Pay at closing 3.5%* total for represented buyers
  • Or 2.5%* total for direct buyers

Terms:

  • $7,500 minimum commission to listing broker
  • $300 upfront for pro media, waived if you sell
  • Photos, floorplan & 3D tour are yours to keep
  • Only pay if your property sells

For Buyers

Hauseit Buyer Closing Credit

Work with our experienced, full-service buyer’s agents for free, plus receive a rebate of up to 2% or more of the purchase price. No exclusivity required. Available in NYC, Long Island, Hudson Valley and South Florida.

Commission structure:

  • Free for buyers
  • Plus 2/3 of buyer’s broker commission rebated
  • Buyer’s broker retains 1/3 or 1% of contract price

Terms:

  • $7,500 minimum commission kept by buyer’s broker
  • No maximum limit on rebate you receive
  • No exclusivity required
  • Not available on Hauseit’s own exclusive listings
  • Payable by check post-closing or credited against closing costs

For Landlords

Hauseit Rental Listing Service

Work with our experienced, full-service rental agents for just a 1 month fee. Enjoy the benefits of a fully managed listing for a fraction of the cost. Available in NYC, Long Island, the Hudson Valley and South Florida.

Commission structure:

  • 1 month listing broker fee
  • Payable by landlord or tenant1

Terms:

  • No minimum commission amount
  • $300 upfront for pro media, waived if you rent
  • Only pay if your property rents
1 In some metro markets like NYC, tenants customarily pay the broker fee for price ranges where there’s plentiful demand. For harder to rent listings and in other markets like South Florida, landlords typically pay the broker fee.
