Refund Policy on Assisted FSBO Listing Packages

You can cancel and receive a refund before your listing has been uploaded and within 3 business days of your purchase. Please note that a 3.5% cancellation fee applies because PayPal still charges a non-reversible processing fee even when an order has been refunded.

While the nominal flat fee payable upfront entitles you to up to 12 months of listing time, the fee is entirely non-refundable and no pro-rata refunds will be made in the event you elect to early terminate. A new listing package must be purchased if you decide to temporary delist and re-list during the contract term or if you wish to renew or re-list after your original contract expires.

Optional add-ons such as our Listing Expedite Service and Custom Update Requests are non-refundable once processed.

Refund Policy for StreetEasy Featured Listings

StreetEasy does not provide refunds once a featured listing package is purchased. We are therefore unable to offer any form of refund once we feature your listing, even if the the featured listing period itself has not elapsed. Learn more about StreetEasy featured listings here.

Refund Policy for a la Carte In-Person Services

You can cancel and receive a refund before your appointment has been scheduled (i.e. any in-person service such as professional photography) or before work has begun on your order (i.e. virtual staging).

Please note that a 3.5% cancellation fee applies because PayPal still charges a non-reversible processing fee even when an order has been refunded.

If you wish to cancel after your appointment has been scheduled, you can still receive a refund up to 1 business day prior to the appointment or before work has commenced on your order, subject to the 3.5% cancellation fee previously mentioned.

Kindly note that a $100 fee applies for any cancellations or rescheduling requests for in-person appointments made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
